Rum and Apple Cocktail with a Christmas Honey Sugar Rim

This cocktail screams Christmas! It's refreshing and so easy to make.

Ingredients:

• 30ml rum
• 250ml of a high quality apple juice
• ShortHive Honey

Method:

• Squeeze a decent amount of honey onto a plate.
• Pour some granulated sugar onto a plate and mix with red food colouring until well combined.
• Dip the rum of your serving glass into the honey, then over to the sugar
• Fill your glass with ice
• Add one shot of your rum of choice
• Fill the rest with apple juice
